Sci-Fi Channel’s Sweet 16 Birthday

10> Get large, put on a rubber dinosaur suit, trample Tokyo.

9> Get Edward James Olmos to jump out of a cake.

8> Show something really special, like, oh, I don’t know, maybe
some actual science fiction or something.

7> Arrange a “Mrs. Robinson” moment with the much older Playboy
Channel.

6> Give the Spice channel a call and see if they’ll go out with
us.

5> One super climactic Friday where the Robinsons, Battlestar
Galactica, John Crichton, Dr. Sam Beckett, and the crew of
Voyager all *finally* make it home.

4> Organize a panty raid on the houses of Katee Sackhoff and
Tricia Helfer. Post bond first.

3> Rent out the Space Station, but try not to let the vibrations
from the bass nudge it out of orbit.

2> Release a MST3K reunion film in which Tom Servo, Joel Hodgson,
and Crow watch (and, naturally, riff on) the movie “Sixteen
Candles.”
