NOTE FROM JEFF:
After a recent successful reunion gig, Ray
Manzarek and Robby Krieger, keyboardist and
guitarist of the Doors respectively, decided to
record a new album and tour as “The Doors: 21st
Century.” Ian Astbury — formerly of the Cult — is
now their lead singer. Meanwhile, drummer John
Densmore (whose ears are too damaged for touring)
is suing to keep them from using the name.
