NOTE FROM JEFF:
The Eagles reunited for a new “Hell Freezes Over”
album and world tour in 1994. Since then, we’ve
all been waiting to see if it was a one-time
event, or if they would do it again. The obstacles
were great — solo careers, lawyers, agents… but
it looks like they’re doing it again.

The Top 8 Reasons for a New
Eagles Album and World Tour

8> Their diminishing royalty checks barely cover their Medicare
premiums.

7> Those “Drew Carey Show” residuals aren’t enough to pay Joe
Walsh’s rent.

6> Thirty years ago it would have been to swap groupies. Now
it’s just to swap recipes.

5> Walden Pond froze over.

4> They owe Jackson Browne too much money to quit.

3> No winner yet in the “When Will Henley Smile?” betting pool.

2> “Quick! Joe Walsh is almost sober! Back on the bus,
everyone!”

and the Number 1 Reason for a New Eagles Album and World Tour…
1> Great album names just going to waste, like “When Pigs Fly,”
“Over My Dead Body,” and “Right After Don Henley Satisfies Me
Orally.”
