NOTE FROM KIM:
The International Federation of Phonographic Industries
IFPI) wants your Internet service provider to sign
a new “code of conduct” it has helpfully drafted
with the help of the Motion Picture Association (MPA).

The Top 8 Surprises in
the ISP Code of Conduct

8> Sharing porn is still okay, as long as everyone at the IFPI and MPA are sent a copy as well.

7> Internet users obligated to download at least one J-Lo song for every ten J-Lo pictures.

6> Any movie featuring Roseanne Barr, Madonna or Ben Affleck may still be downloaded for free since it’s not like the studios are going to make any money from them anyway.

5> The penalties for sharing sado-masochistic porn are flogging, nipple clamps and leather hoods.

4> E-mail you sent: “New Star Wars movie looks pretty bad.” E-mail they received: “New Star Peace movie doubleplusgood – must-see!”

3> Punishment for downloading a Britney Spears song? Having to download two more Britney Spears songs.

2> All data must be periodically backed up to 45 rpm analog vinyl disks.

and the Number 1 Surprise in the ISP Code of Conduct…

1> Take a movie, leave a penny.
