Maintaining a healthy diet and weight, exercising regularly,
drinking in moderation and not smoking can help prevent heart

results of a 16-year study. What other habits should men
establish, and what would they promote or prevent?

6> Manage stress by expressing your emotions. (It might not be so healthy for the *&##$ who cut into your lane, but still….)

5> Balance the salt in those martini olives by following them with a scotch and soda.

4> It doesn’t matter how hoppy or malty the beer is, it still doesn’t count as a serving of bread and grains.

3> Rotate your head from side to side regularly to maintain full flexibility, especially when on a nude beach.

2> If it runs on gunpowder, gasoline or game tokens, you probably need it, so don’t ruin your health with self denial. Buy it immediately.
